Ranjit Rai is the program director of ELITE FIELD HOCKEY.  Our goal is to teach ELITE individual skill, precision game sense, and high intensity game performance. ELITE practices are very high intensity training.

We strive for excellence at ELITE FIELD HOCKEY. Each day we try to reach each players full potential and build confidence. With exclusive ELITE training program, players are able to see continuous improvement. There is an expectation of players to work hard, focus and give maximum efforts but , most importantly, have fun and enjoy this amazing game of field hockey.

ELITE offers group sessions as well as individual one on one training sessions. ELITE also provides fitness and strength training.

ELITE FIELD HOCKEY program provides players with the right coaching to succeed. Athletes are dealt professionally and are guided to elevate their potential as ELITE FIELD HOCKEY players.

Ranjit Rai is a former Canadian Mens National Field Hockey player.   Ranjit represented Canada at a very young age. He is the one of the very few players that made both the Junior and Senior National teams at consecutive times.   A few of Ranjit Rai’s achievements are:

Ranjit Rai has been a BC Field Hockey Regional Coach and is coaching both Southridge Junior and Senior field hockey teams since 2010.  And he is currently coaching and directing ELITE FIELD HOCKEY.

With Ranjit Rai’s experience, he knows and understands what it takes to play and train athletes at an ELITE level.
